In the housing sector for the poor, Santhwanam Social Apostolate has already constructed and handed over around 8000 houses to the poor and homeless under different schemes. This project is to construct houses with not less than 500 sqft. plinth area with tiled floor and concrete roof in 3 cents of land each, either owned by the beneficiaries or land allotted free of cost from Santhwanam or other generous people with a construction cost of 6 lakhs each and to assign free of cost to poor homeless beneficiaries without any caste, colour discrimination.
